Sailors stationed aboard Indian Navy aircraft carrier INS Viraat (R 22) refuel a Sea Harrier after it returns from a mission during Malabar 2007. Malabar is a multilateral exercise that includes naval forces from India, Australia, Japan, Singapore, and the United States. It is designed to increase interoperability among the navies and to develop common procedures for maritime security operations.
