The 42 Forms retains all the traditional principles of the four major styles (namely Yang, Chen, Wu and Sun) of Tai Chi. It provides learners with great health benefits and many advanced Tai Chi techniques.

Volume I contains an introduction, step-by-step instructions of the first 19 of the 42 forms, and a demonstration by Dr Lam of the 19 Forms from the front and back views.

Volume II contains an introduction, step-by-step instructions of the last 23 of the 42 forms, and a demonstration by Dr Lam of the 23 Forms from the front and back views, as well as the complete Combined 42 Forms.
