Aircraft parked in the open on obvious air bases will be destroyed on-the-ground.

We've forgotten that we won WW2 by pushing P-38, P-47 fighter-bombers forward just behind maneuver elements using small Forward Operating Locations (FOLs) so we could destroy the Japanese, German Luftwaffe on the ground so they couldn't get back at us:

ZELSTOL Unmanned/Manned Combat Air Vehicles (U/MCAVs) will help insure civilians are not killed unlike "soda straw" UAVs in sub-national conflicts (SNCs) but would be able to be flown en masse remotely if in nation-state war (NSW)air defenses need to be taken out before acting as Gavin's Sky Cavalry using USMC MAJ K.P.
