These are JET TURBINE engines. Jet engines discharge a fast moving jet to generate thrust (turbojets, turbofans, rockets, pulse jets & pump-jets). In common usage, "jet" refers to a gas TURBINE Brayton cycle engine with a turbine-powered rotary compressor. ROCKETS burn solid fuel, pressurised through a directional jet; this tractor doesn't use rockets! That's what's used on a spaceship or a firework!
