Baldwin Mono Tiltrotor Unmanned Cargo Aircraft

Baldwin Technologies produced this video to illustrate how its Mono Tiltrotor (MTR) concept could meet the US Navy's emerging need for a cargo unmanned aircraft system to support geographically dispersed Marine Corps units. The Office of Naval Reserach issued a request for information on the Cargo UAS in February 2009 and Baldwin responded with a developed of the MTR demonstrator design developed under contract to the US Army Aviation Applied Technology Directorate.
