Miramar Air Show 09 - F/A-18 Super Hornet Fighter Jet

The world famous annual MCAS Miramar Air Show in San Diego. The F/A-18 Super Hornet, operational since 2002, is the navy's new long-range, multi-mission, all-weather $28-million strike fighter. It flies up to 1,200 mph (Mach 1.7) and is fully capable of conducting both air-to-air and air-to-ground combat missions.
