Smokey SAM rockets were fired as the aircraft flew past, the aircraft would then turn towards the rockets and punch off flares. The last shot is of a jettison of the remaining flares. The shots on the ground were taken from the Waiouru Airfield. It took two of us to load the flares and fire the rockets - however the airfield and the launch zone were about 20 k's apart - poor old Nissan Navara was on it's last legs after that day !

The shots of multiple aircraft is just me playing around. There is only one aircraft.

I put this little number together to give me some editing practice.
