2007 NAS Oceana Airshow - C-5B Galaxy Arrival

C-5B Galaxy Static Display Arrival 2007 NAS Oceana Airshow NAS Oceana, Virginia Beach, VA Thursday September 6, 2007 IN THIS VIDEO, watch as a C-5 Galaxy from the 439th Airlift Wing in Westover, MA makes a spectacular arrival into NAS Oceana. In speaking with one of the crew members from the 439th AW on Friday night, I found out that they were at about 5,000 feet and going less than 200 knots while going into the initial for the overhead. The video is shot from a spot off Oceana Blvd as the C-5 flies over my head for a landing on Runway 23L.
