Halted since May, F-35 flight tests may resume this week

Flight testing of the first F-35 prototype could resume this week, weather and aircraft systems permitting.

The test aircraft, which first flew Dec. 15, 2006, has been grounded since a potentially catastrophic electrical system failure occurred on Flight 19 in early May.
