Lockheed Receives $187 Million for F-22 Lot 7 Production

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $187,126,000 firm fixed price contract modification to provide for an extension to advanced buy period of performance and increase obligation amount.

The extended period is June 2006 through September 2006. This action supports F-22A Lot 7. The location of performance is Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Marietta, Ga. (33%) and Fort Worth, Texas (35%); and The Boeing Co., Information and Space Defense Systems, Aircraft and Missile Systems, Seattle, Wash. (32%).

Total funds have been obligated. This work will be complete October 2009. The Headquarters Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity. (FA8611-06-C-2899/P00005)
