Ellsworth, Cannon Air Bases Spared by U.S. Panel
Aug. 26 (Bloomberg) -- A U.S. commission considering the overhaul of military installations dealt Pentagon plans two setbacks today by refusing to shut a B-1B bomber base in South Dakota and another Air Force installation in New Mexico.
