Proposed B-1 program aims to speed maintenance

TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. (AFNS) -- A team of high ranking Air Force officials visited here recently in an effort to determine whether to change the way maintenance is performed on the B-1B Lancer strategic bomber.
