Russia, India have no plans to sign deal on 5G fighter PERM, November 24 (RIA Novosti) - Sergei Ivanov, Russia's deputy prime minister and defense minister, said Thursday that Russia and India would not sign an agreement on the development of a fifth-generation fighter during the visit of the Indian prime minister to Russia in December.
