Lt. Col. Kevin Fesler, 94th Fighter Squadron commander, and Staff Sgt. Michael Volosky, 1st Aircraft Maintenance Squadron dedicated crew chief, speak briefly after the Spad commander landed Langley’s newest F-22A Raptor here June 5.
