LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. -- Maj. Max Moga, F-22A Raptor demonstration pilot, leads six Thunderbird F-16Cs in formation over Memorial Park here during their afternoon practice April 27 for the AirPower over Hampton Roads air show scheduled for April 27 to 29.
